The petitioner, being aggrieved by the action of the police authority, had filed the instant writ petition. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after filing of the writ petition, the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed. The petitioner is, therefor, not desirous in proceeding with the writ petition any further.

The writ petition is disposed of recording the submissions made by the petitioner without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
