Mr. Manas Dasgupta ... for the petitioner Learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner submits that the present revision has now become infructuous as it had been preferred against issuance of warrant of arrest. The petitioner subsequently surrendered and as such necessary orders may be passed.

Considering the said fact and the materials on record, the present revision is dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
