In terms of the order dated 9th April, 2021, the petitioner's advocate has taken necessary instruction and clarifies that he has received all his dues as directed to be paid under the order dated 13th September, 2019 passed in WPA 25978 of 2014 [WP 25978 (W) of 2014]. Since the order has been complied with, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application. The rule issued is discharged. The contempt proceedings stand dropped.
