The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020 is disposed of.
The petitioners filed an application seeking self-same relief in CRM 7553 of 2020. A Coordinate Bench by an order dated 6th October, 2020 dismissed the said application, inter alia, by observing that the materials on record disclosed prima facie involvement of the petitioners in hurling the bombs resulting in bomb-blast injury and hospitalization.
In view thereof, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM 7536 of 2020 stands dismissed.
However, there shall be no order as to costs.
