In spite of an undertaking given by the learned counsel to file the certified copy upon its availability, no such order has been placed on record till date.

Today when the matter is called on, there is none to represent the appellant, nor there is any prayer made for adjournment.

List the matter on 28th August, 2025 under the same heading."
