Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Accordingly, the application being 1 of 2020 is disposed of. Having considered materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged possession of narcotic substance above commercial quantity and in view of the statutory restrictions under section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly prayer for bail is rejected.
