State and the respondent no.4 are represented. It appears from the records that, the District Inspector of Schools by a writing dated March 17, 2020 requested the respondent no.4 to consider the approval of the panel of the Madrasah. The respondent no.4 is yet to take a final decision thereon.

In such circumstances, the respondent no.4 is requested to take its decision on the request for approval of the Managing Committee of the Madrasah, as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law. It is expected that, the respondent no.4 takes its decision within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order. The respondent no.4 will communicate its decision to the petitioner forthwith thereafter.

W.P.A. No.7974 of 2020 is disposed of.
