Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already prayed for custody of her 2 1⁄2 years old child before the learned Civil Court and has filed an application under Section 18 of the Guardians and Wards Act in this regard. She submits that the petitioner would like to agitate the issue of custody of the child in that proceeding and not before this Court in this application. Accordingly, on her prayer, the revisional application is disposed of as not pressed. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for.
