State and the private respondents are represented. It appears from the records that, there are orders dated February 18, 2019 passed in W.P. No.13093 (W) of 2018 as well as an order dated November 19, 2019 passed in W.P. No.21024 (W) of 2019.

Learned advocate appearing for the State on the basis of written instruction submits that, the private respondent is

cultivating the plot No.2023 on the basis of the order dated February 18, 2019 passed in W.P. No.13093 (W) of 2018. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the private respondent obtained the order dated February 18, 2019 by suppressing the fact that, the civil suit filed by such person was dismissed.

Be that as it may, since, there are subsisting orders of Courts, as noted above, it would be inappropriate to intervene, at this stage. The private parties are at liberty to approach the appropriate forum for their remedies. W.P.A. No.7978 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
