Supriya Chattopadhyay, learned senior Government advocate representing the State- respondents at the time of hearing submits copy of the Pension Payment Order dated 24th November, 2022 which has been issued in favour of the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 23rd November, 2022. The copy of the Pension Payment Order is taken on record.

In view of issuance of such Pension Payment order by the concerned respondent authorities the writ petition stands disposed of with further direction upon the concerned respondents to release the retiral dues in favour of the petitioner within fortnight.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
