...... for the State The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within one week of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

The petitioners are the husband and relatives of the husband of the de facto complainant. The petitioners claim that the second petitioner and the de facto complainant had been married for eight years before a matrimonial dispute resulted in completely exaggerated charges being levelled. The State produces the case diary. It does not appear that there is any report of any serious injury.

Considering the circumstance the custodial interrogation of the petitioners may not be necessary.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners will be enlarged on bail on furnishing security of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. The petitioners should abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and

cooperate with the investigating officer till the investigation is completed.

CRM 7567 of 2020 along with the interim application therein stand disposed of.
