Datta ..for the State None appears for the petitioners when the matter is called. Mr. Ghosh, Learned State Counsel, points out that the present application, being CRM 7576 of 2020 is infructuous in view of the disposal of an identical application for bail filed on behalf of the self-same petitioners and numbered as CRM 7507 of 2020, which has been disposed of by an order of a Hon'ble Coordinate Bench on 9th October, 2020.

Mr. Ghosh produces documents to demonstrate that the order dated 9th October, 2020 was subsequently rectified at the behest of the State on the 12th of October, 2020 by the Hon'ble Coordinate Bench.

In view of the above position of facts, CRM 7576 of 2020 stands dismissed as infructuous.

Documents produced in Court today be retained with the record.
