The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In view of the fact that one of the co-accused person similarly placed as that of the petitioners was granted bail on 7th July 2020 in CRM 1322 of 2020, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.

In the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C and that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing until further orders and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 7585 of 2020 is allowed.
