Learned counsel for the parties submits that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties, concerning the issue involved in the present writ petition. A copy of the terms of settlement between the parties is handed over by learned counsel for the respondent-authorities. The same may be retained on record.
As such, the impugned notice dated September 28, 2020, whereby the petitioners' work order had been revoked (annexure-P6 to the writ petition) loses force. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 8004 of 2020 along with application being IA No: CAN 1 of 2020 are also disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, as indicated in the terms of settlement filed today in court, setting aside the impugned notice dated
September 28, 2020, whereby the petitioners' work order was revoked.
There will be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
