The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that his client does not want to proceed with the application. The learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner has already been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench today arising out of the same police case. In view of the order already passed by a Co-ordinate Bench allowing the prayer for anticipatory bail, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
