Petitioner is in custody for 157 days.

Learned lawyer for the state opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the sister of the victim girl categorically disclosing the role of the petitioner in the alleged crime. Admittedly, victim suffered homicidal death. In view of the aforesaid, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. CRM 7598 of 2020 is disposed of.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
