Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 were arrested.

Hence, the application is dismissed as infructuous so far as petitioner Nos.1 and 2 are concerned.

Having considered the materials on record including the suicide note which primarily implicates the petitioner no.1 in torturing the victim compelling her to commit suicide, we are inclined to extend the privilege of pre-arrest bail to petitioner no.3.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner, viz., Bhadru Ghosh @ Dharan Gopal Ghosh shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the

arresting officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
