This Court does not find any urgency in the matter, despite whereof, the matter has been listed on urgency pleaded by the Counsel for the petitioner. It appears from the report that the petitioner has not been able to furnish the death certificate of Maya Sen, who is the joint account holder along with a deceased Hari Narayan Sen. Succession Certificate has been obtained in respect of the scheduled property, being Estate of Hari Narayan Sen, by the petitioner. In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law and comply with the requisition of the bank.
W.P.A. No.8026 of 2020 is, accordingly, disposed of.
