Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in causing severe blow on the head resulting in fracture and internal hemorrhage, we are of the opinion that in view of the gravity of the offence this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
