The State says that the call records of the person initially arrested and those of the petitioner have been looked into. According to the State, the petitioner and the other accused exchanged a number of calls at key times and it appears that the petitioner had masterminded the dacoity and issued key instructions therefor over the phone.

Considering the material against the petitioner, his immediate release cannot be permitted.

C.R.M. 7625 of 2020 is disposed of.
