This Court is informed that the charge sheet has been submitted and the charge has been framed.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner from the materials placed before us, this Court is not persuaded to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for bail stands thus rejected.

CRM 7635 of 2020 is accordingly disposed of.
