Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner as Sales Manager of the Firm wherein sale price of two vehicles were misappropriated in collusion with the petitioner and other co-accused persons, we are of the opinion that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
