The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition as per the Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The petition is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking. Since it appears to be the fairly undisputed position that commercial quantity of codeine was recovered from these petitioners, the petitioners do not qualify to obtain bail. A prayer is made for the expeditious conclusion of the trial. No direction can be issued in such regard in view of limited functioning of the Courts at the moment. CRM 7655 of 2020 and the interim application therein stand disposed of.
