However, no report has been filed with regard to CRC 4 of 2021, presumably no report was called for in this regard.

2. The Secretary, State Legal Services Authority, is directed to file a report as to whether the contemnors in CRC 4 of 2021 have deposited the fine in terms of our order or not.

3. We request Mr. Rajesh Upadhya, learned counsel for the petitioner, is directed to communicate this order to Ms.

Archana Chowdhury, learned advocate on record for the alleged contemnors.

4. Let this matter appear on 19.9.2024 at 4.15 p.m.

5. The department is directed to communicate this order to the Secretary, State Legal Services

Authority forthwith.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
