1. It appears from the report filed by the State Legal Services Authority, West Bengal that the contemnor nos.1, 2, 4 and 5 have paid a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs). However, this fact was not stated in the report filed earlier by the State Legal Services Authority.

2. Moreover, the contemnor no.3 died during the pendency of this proceeding and an affidavit to that effect has already been filed in the pending proceeding.
