Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

Having considered the materials on record, prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner i.e. mother-in-law of the victim lady who suffered unnatural death within two years
of marriage and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
