This revisional application has been filed by the defendant in Title Suit No.1395 of 2017, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 5th Court at Howrah. It is the contention of the petitioner that the suit has been pending for a long time and the disposal of the suit be expedited.

Records reveal that some interlocutory applications are pending before the learned court below and the same need expeditious disposal.

Under such circumstances, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of the pending application/applications filed in connection with Title Suit No.1395 of 2017 within a period of two months upon allowing all the parties to contest the

same. Upon disposal of all the interlocutory applications, the learned court below shall expedite the hearing of the suit. The learned court below will proceed independently and in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite parities within a week from date. The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
