Souradipta Banerjee, learned Counsel representing the petitioners has admitted that his client was handed over the tenanted portion, however, the access to the room is obstructed due to collapsible gate which is under lock and key and the keys have not been provided to the petitioners.

We direct the alleged contemnors to hand over a duplicate key of the collapsible gate only to be used by the petitioners for their ingress and egress and the petitioners shall not create any annoyance and disturbance to the occupation and enjoyment of the alleged contemnors. The contempt application being CRC 2 of 2022, accordingly, stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking. (Subhasis Dasgupta, J.) (Soumen Sen, J.)
