Nos. 14, 15 By consent of the parties the appeal and the application are taken up for hearing. We have perused the order under appeal. The issues are to be decided only upon exchange of affidavits. We only record that giving effect to the tender and selection of contractors supplying security guards shall abide by the result of the writ petition and such appointment shall not create any equity in favour of such contractors in the event they are appointed in terms of the tender.

Time to file affidavit-in-opposition by the respondents to the writ petition, by consent of the parties, is extended one week after the puja vacation, reply, thereto, if any, within ten days thereafter.

The matter to be listed before the single Judge having determination three weeks after Puja vacation.

The appeal being MAT 650 of 2020 and CAN 1 of 2020 are disposed of.

All parties are to act on a website copy of this order on the usual undertaking.
