Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a seventy years old lady, who has been deprived of payment of allowances and arrear salary from 1st January, 2006. Learned Counsel further submits that the last representation was made before the District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education) North 24Parganas being the respondent no. 3 in the instant application on 28th September, 2020 but such representation has not been considered till date. Mr. Vaisya, learned A.G.P. appearing for the State is present.

Heard both the parties.

The District Inspector of Schools (Primary

Education) North 24-Parganas being the respondent no. 3 is requested to consider the representation made by the petitioner positively within a period of six weeks from date after giving an opportunity of hearing and to allow the petitioner or his legal representative to produce necessary documents at the time of hearing. The decision to be arrived at by the respondent no. 3 should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from taking such decision.

With the above direction WPA 8141 of 2020 is disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.

The parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
