....Petitioners Mr. Hillol Saha Podder ...for the Petitioners Mr. Nilay Chakraborty Ms. Namrata Das ...for the State The petitioners undertake to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. It is further submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. It is also submitted that the husband of the deceased and one brotherin-law of the deceased were granted regular bail by the learned Court below.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the materials on record in the case diary and nature and extent of complicity of the petitioners in the

commission of alleged offence and also having regard to the fact that the husband and one brother-in-law of the deceased have been granted bail and charge-sheet has already been filed on 31st March, 2020, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

In the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each one of must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. It is directed that the petitioners must cooperate with the Investigating Officer. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being CRM 7706 of 2020 is allowed.
