Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent one and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Therefore, the petitioner should be enlarged on bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and produces the case diary. He further submits that the fake currency amounting to Rs. 7,00,000/- has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner may not be granted bail.

Considering the submissions as advanced by the learned advocates for the parties and after perusing the case diary, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The application for bail being C.R.M. 7705 of 2020 is disposed of.
