The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents are obstructing construction of house and building in a plot of land owned by her son.

The private respondents are not represented today.

The petitioners have filed a complaint before the Domkal Police Station, and the B.L.&L.R.O. in this regard.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature, and the police have no role to play in the matter. The petitioners may approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief.

However, the Officer-in-Charge, Domkal Police Station, shall ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area, and shall maintain strict vigil thereat.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

Instructions of Domkal Police Station addressed to the State Advocate are taken on record.

There will be no order as to costs.
