The advocate-on-record for the petitioners undertakes to affirm and properly stamp the petition as per the rules within one month of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. The petition is taken up through video-conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that petitioners are falsely implicated in the present case. Therefore, the petitioners should be enlarged on bail.

Mr. Ahmed, learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and produces the case diary. Mr. Ahmed further draws the attention of this Court to the statement made under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. of the eye witnesses where names of both the petitioners have been mentioned.

Considering the submissions of the learned Advocate of the respective parties and perusing the case, we are not inclined to release the present petitioners on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.

Thus, CRM 7718 of 2020 is disposed of.
