The petitioner, appearing in person, is a private tutor. We have heard him. We have also heard Learned Additional Solicitor General.

The petitioner tries to demonstrate on the basis of materials on record from the field of science that corona virus in combination with bacteria relatable to pneumonia results in situations which can be cured by administering certain medicines which have specific impact on the control or the destruction of the bacteria and that he has material to demonstrate the different aspects of the situation which he tries to explain.

We caution ourselves that we would not be welladvised to delve deep into matters which are essentially in

the domain of expertise and which may be relatable to issues in that field and gaining attention in various nations including India.

Be that as it may, the petitioner submits that in response to an e-mail sent by him to the Health Ministry of the Government of India, he has received an SMS from the Ministry of Health recording receipt of his letter and requesting him to refer to a particular correspondence number which has been given in the SMS sent to him. We have seen that timely and polite response from the Ministry of Health. It would be worthwhile for the petitioner to pursue whatever assistance he may be able to extend to the issue in hand through the Ministry of Health, Government of India. That would be more profitable in the larger interest of comprehensive and cohesive handling of the Covid-19 pandemic rather than judiciary trying to take a call on matters over which we would not be truly and firmly grounded on the basis of scientific knowledge and information.

For the aforesaid reasons, we close this writ petition leaving the petitioner to carry forward what has been indicated above following what he has already done by corresponding with the Ministry of Health, Government of India.

WPA 8169 of 2020 along with IA Nos. CAN 1 of 2020 and CAN 2 of 2020 are accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
