In spite of her best effort, respondents go unrepresented. She insists for at least order of consideration of her clients' representation by respondent no. 4.

Petitioners complain of unauthorised construction. Respondent no. 4 is directed to consider and deal with representation dated 24th September, 2020 made to the office and also other addressees. A decision be taken on the representation and informed to petitioners on what steps the authority will take regarding their allegation. In event the office finds their allegations to be incorrect, they will be informed in writing. Otherwise, decision taken to demolish must translate into appropriate proceeding. Either must be done within three weeks from date of communication of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
