The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. In view of the fact that the trial is at the fag end and only two witnesses are to be examined, we dispose of this application by directing the learned Judge, Special Court, N.D.P.S. Act, Berhampur, Murshidabad to conclude the trial within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order by either of the parties.
