Mr. Supriya Chattopadhyay, learned advocate for the State has produced a report on behalf of the respondent no.2 as was directed by this court on 25.11.2021 which is kept on record.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no.7 has placed two documents showing approval of appointment of the respondent no.7 has been withdrawn and the other is that his reduction in basic pay which has been intimated by the concerned school to the District Inspector of Schools. The first decision was

communicated to the administrator of the school on 09.08.2019 and the other decision has been communicated by the school to the concerned District Inspector of Schools on 13.08.2019. Those two documents are kept on record.

In view of these two documents I do not find any grievance of the writ petitioner in this matter because both her prayers in prayer (a) and prayer (b) of the writ application have already been satisfied by the authority. Hence, the writ application being WPA 8178 of 2020 is disposed of.
