The petitioner undertakes to affirm and stamp the petition/application as per Rules within 48 hours of resumption of normal functioning of the Court. Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference. Having regard to the order passed by a Coordinate Bench on 3rd September, 2020 recording that there are materials showing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in dealing with the fake Indian currency notes of a large volume, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner as there has been no change of circumstances from the last order of rejection. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM 7736 of 2020 is, thus, rejected.
