Mr. Halder, Counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that his client is willing to take block meter in which 21 fresh applicants (more to be added) as of now shall be included as sub-meter holders. The block meter connection to the writ petitioner shall be governed by the applicable Rules.

Let such block meter be installed within a period of four weeks from date subject to complying with all necessary formalities and making of any payment. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
