Mr. Dipankar Pramanick ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioners in trafficking a minor girl who was subjected to penetrative sexual assault, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioners.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
