Amendment) Act, 2000, leave was given to withdraw the appeal and present the appeal before the appropriate court.

Upon furnishing a photo copy of the impugned order the department shall return the original certified copy filed along with the appeal. In the event, the appeal is held to be time barred, time span in prosecuting the appeal before this Court shall be extended.

F.M.A.T.408 of 2020 is accordingly dismissed with the aforesaid ground.
