The petitioners undertake to affirm and appropriately stamp the petition as per Rules within a month of resumption of normal functioning of the court. The application is taken up through video conference on the basis of such undertaking.

Since the proclamation has been issued against the petitioner nos. 2 and 3, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. Insofar as accused no. 1 is concerned, having regard to the statement of the child of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. directly implicated the petitioner no. 1, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner no. 1.

Hence CRM 7755 of 2020 is thus rejected.
