Mr. Pradyumna Sinha, Mr. Suvam Sinha ...for the petitioner Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury, Ms. Amrita Panja Moulick ...for the State Pursuant to an order dated April 9, 2021, suggestions are stated to have flown from the petitioners to the Office of the Commissioner of Police and back. No concrete settlement has been arrived at despite efforts of two earlier benches of this Court.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the rights and liabilities of the parties under the agreement dated June 13, 2013.

The parties may agitate grievances before the appropriate civil forum.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
