Subject to such undertaking, the application is taken up for hearing through video conference.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that no reliance can be placed on the seizure list as the documents has been tampered.

The learned Counsel for the State submits that the seizure list directly implicates the petitioner and has opposed the prayer for bail. Having considered the materials on record and the case diary which includes the seizure list and the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the offence as would be evident from the seizure list, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
