Mr. Alok Ghosh, Mr. Dwijadas Chakraborty ... for petitioner. Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. He submits, there are certain mistakes in the petition. He wants to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh against same impugned order dated 19th January, 2015.

The civil revision is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file afresh. Mr. Ghosh prays for return of the certified copy. The same be furnished to him on providing a photocopy, to be kept in the record. (Arindam Sinha, J.)
