Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has time until today i.e. (the last day) to make such application and that there is no requirement for submitting any previous years Puja permission. The writ petition being WPA No. 8253 of 2020 is, accordingly, disposed of, directing the petitioner to apply online before the authorities, for permission to hold puja.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order on usual undertakings.
