The petitioner complains that, the police have prevented the petitioner from making a construction despite a direction for construction being granted by the Pradhan.

Learned senior advocate appearing for the State submits that, the police never obstructed the petitioner from making the construction. Should there be any law and order problem with regard to the construction, police will look into it.

In such circumstances, since the police did not prevent the petitioner from making the construction, no interference is called for by the Writ Court. W.P.A. 8256 of 2020 is disposed of accordingly. [Debangsu Basak, J.]
