In the 5th line of 4th Paragraph, 1st line of 5th Paragraph, 3rd line of 6th Paragraph and 2nd line of 8th Paragraph and 1st line of 11th Paragraph and 13th Paragraph 1st line in the judgment dated 24th December, 2024 "Kali Charan Bijli" shall be read as "Ankur Bharti".

In the 21st line of Page 5th Paragraph of the judgment dated 24th December, 2024 "(vii) it is also established CT K.C. Bijli had made a false statement regarding his unconsciousness during the hot altercation at SF-Post" shall be read as "(vii) The claim of CT Ankur Bharti is also not tenable that his child was very seriously ill, as he did not admit his child to any hospital for the next three days, rather he came to the SF-Post and create nuisance in the evening of 19.09.2018. Further

CT. Pankaj Kumar told HC Susmit Mondal to manage the duty of CT Ankur Bharati as he along with CT Ankur Bharti had left for some distant place. So, the claim of CT Ankur Bharti that his child was ill appears to be false and (viii) during the course of inquiry the IO tried through every possible means to record the statement of CT Pankaj Kumar and CT Ankur Bharti, but both of them evaded deposing their statements, which indicates that they were not interested in attending the inquiry for the reason best known to him".

In the 2nd line of 5th Paragraph, in the judgment dated 24th December, 2024 "01.11.2018" shall be read as "01.11.2018".

Other portions of the order remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 24th December, 2024.

Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
