For the alleged-contemnor The order passed by the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education has been filed in Court today. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned junior of Mr. Bari who is present on behalf of the petitioner.

Mr. Bari raises a question with regard to the correctness of the order. However, this issue cannot be decided in the contempt application. Both the contemnors have taken steps as per the direction of the Court. The order passed by the Board of Madrasah Education cannot be analysed in this proceeding. The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the same by filing appropriate application.

The contempt application is disposed of The contempt proceedings are dropped.

The order of the West Bengal Board of Madrasah Education is taken on record.
